How Aromatherapy Can Enhance Your Wellness

When my mom started using essential oils and talking about aromatherapy, no one had any idea what she was talking about.

It was the ‘80s.

In fact, she jokes now that people misheard “aromatherapy” and would ask, "What is Roman Therapy?"

Fast forward to now, it's incredibly common. Day-time talk shows feature Aromatherapy segments.

That’s how yours truly ended up on Bloom TV last week.

The theme of the show was "The 5 Senses" and I was there to talk about the sense of smell.

When it comes to aromatherapy, there's so many different ways to use essential oils, more than can be explained in a 6-minute interview. 

Essential oils are my go-to for minor aches and pains, common colds and flus, and helping to change my mood.

But one of my favorite ways to use them is to help me stay on top of my daily habits.

Wellness is built on what you do consistently. But staying consistent isn't always easy. However, one amazing thing about smell is it’s incredibly motivating.

By incorporating aromatherapy into your daily routine, you can create a harmonious environment that supports your emotional well-being, reduces discomfort, and ultimately promotes a state of balance and rejuvenation.
