The Aromatherapist’s Secret to Using Any Essential Oil

Essential oils are great … as long as you know what to do with them.

Each oil has its own particular properties, safety precautions, and suggested uses.

Considering there are hundreds of different essential oils out there (possibly more if you count varieties and chemotypes!), how can you keep this all straight in your mind?

If using essential oils is something that has brought confusion and stress, fear not, I’ve got an easy way for you to use what’s on your shelf.

There’s nothing worse than buying a bunch of essential oils and letting them sit on your shelf because you’re not sure what to do with them.

(But if you are looking for a reference for finding what each oil does and how to use it, I highly recommend the Aromatherapy Practitioner Reference Manual.)

In this video, I share with you one way to use ANY essential oil to ease your stress and help you calm down.

You’ll learn:

  • The easiest way to use essential oils that often gets overlooked.

  • Three different ways that essential oils help you feel better.

  • Why you don’t need any fancy equipment to benefit from essential oils.

  • How you can use essential oils to keep stress at bay this holiday season.

You can do this with any essential oil that you like. In fact, using oils in this way is a great way to get to know your essential oils better.

Plus, it’s a great way to reconnect with yourself.

I’d love to know:

How do you plan to use what you learned in this video?

When during your day could you bring in just a few moments to calm yourself and re-center?
