2010 :: Offered my first original workshop through the Bridge of Tampa Bay

2010 :: Graduated with MA in Religious Studies from USF; my focus was South Asian Religions, Sanskrit, and Religious Healing

2009 :: Founded Upward Spiral Therapy Inc

2009-2011 :: Trained as Structural Energetic Therapy Teaching Assistant and Workshop Administrator for their Integrative Structural Therapy Program. 

2008 :: Began to work in the Arts Council's Poetry Jam program which goes to high schools to teach students about poetry and performing (to present)

2008 :: Founded the 3-times awarded Best of the Bay Best Open Mic, the Open Mic at Cafe Hey (to present)

2007 :: Graduated with Bachelor's in Religious Studies and Women's Studies at University of South Florida

2005 :: Obtained massage license and began massage practice

2002 :: Named one of YM Magazine's 20 Coolest Teens in America for the volunteer work we did in NY after September 11
